How Can a Heating and Cooling Essentials Plan Help Me?
Your home’s heating and air conditioning is a complex system that ensures your family’s comfort. Many of our plans include an annual maintenance visit on covered items, no service visit charges, no deductibles, and 24/7 emergency service if you need it.

What kind of plans can I choose from?
Maintenance Essentials: Regular maintenance is crucial to help increase the lifespan and reduce your monthly energy bills. These plans start as low as $8.99 per month.
Repair Essentials: Problems with your heating and cooling system can be stressful and expensive when unexpected repairs occur. This plan provides worry free coverage with 24/7 emergency service, no deductibles or service visit charges if your covered system needs repair. These plans start as low as $9.99 per month ($500 per repair incident, up to $2,000 annually).
Repair & Maintenance Essentials: Get all the benefits of our individual Maintenance and Repair Essentials plans starting as low as $17.99 per month.
Repair & Maintenance Essentials PLUS: The age of your heating and cooling systems isn’t the only factor to consider in deciding when to replace these systems. If your system is starting to break down more frequently, it may be time to replace it. This plan offers a $500 replacement credit if replacement of your covered equipment is necessary. These plans start as low as $19.99 per month.
What is covered by the plan?
Maintenance only plans include:
One annual maintenance visit for the covered system(s) to ensure the system is working properly and efficiently
Professional service from experienced technicians
No age restrictions
Repair only plans include:
Professional service from experienced technicians
24/7 emergency service
No service visit charges, deductibles or age restrictions
Full system coverage up to $2,000 annually ($500 per incident
No pre-inspection is required
Repair & Maintenance plans include all the benefits of the repair only and maintenance only plans described above.
Our Repair PLUS plan includes ALL of the above PLUS a $500 credit towards a system replacement if deemed necessary.
What options do I have to pay for this service?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
How long am I covered by the plan?
Each plan is for one year and at our election will automatically renew on an annual basis at the then current standard rate unless customer opts out of the auto-renewal option in writing by mail at P.O. Box 500, Lincolnshire, IL 60069 or by email at email@example.com.
When does the plan coverage start?
There is a 30-day waiting period before coverage begins during the initial term year for the repair plans. If you choose the maintenance only plan, coverage begins immediately.
Can I cancel my plan if I’m not satisfied?
If you haven?t received services under the plan, you may cancel the plan at any time without penalty. If you have received services under the plan and you cancel before the end of the 12 month term then you may owe the lesser of the amount due for the unexpired term or the cost of the services under the plan. Please refer to Section 12 in the Terms & Conditions for full details.
What happens after the 12 months?
We may elect to renew your plan by notifying you of the renewal terms (including any price changes) within 60 days prior to expiration of coverage. Unless we elect not to renew your plan, you will be automatically renewed for another one year term at the then standard rate and terms unless you notify us, in writing, prior to the plan expiration at PO Box 500, Lincolnshire, IL 60069 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
